good job Celcom

Dear Celcom,
Pls offer any of ur services if only u cud provide it reliably. How am I suppose to surf the net with ur so-called 3G Broadband if I only received a minimal 2G (GPRS) with 0 kbps....almost all the time. It was even sickening when I read The Star dated 3 Jan 09 on its Star Biz Week page under the "Your 10 Questions" column interview with Celcom's CEO. I quote the interview as follows :-

Question from The Star reader ---> When will the Celcom broadband internet service be improved ? Currently, Celcom GPRS and 3G broadband internet services are anything but broadband. In fact, they are extremely "narrowband"....

Answer by Mr. CEO ---> There are a lot of variables with regard to the speeds actually achieved since it would depend on how the strong the signal is, the time of the day ... However, we have done benchmark tests and have managed to get more than 80% of the speeds advertised at certain areas and time. For really good surfing and downloading experience, all the customer needs is about 300kbps consistently.

What a crap Mr. CEO....i dare u to do a third party benchmarking.....

Celcom....did u hear me ??
